Open Session › Export › Stem Export… and tick the channels (tracks or buses) you want to export: each one goes to its own file.

No. MixingMusic.AI runs in the browser and takes audio files. Ardour is for producing and recording; MixingMusic.AI is for mixing and mastering with AI what you exported.
